Extraction - Eliminating Data Entry: Extraction classifies the information in a resume and identifies what specific database fields each piece of information belongs to.
Identifying Resume Document Zones - Resumes need not have specific zones that contain a specific category of information like Name, Skills, City, DOB, Telephone numbers, work history, education, etc. These zones can appear in any order. RESUMER extraction engine applies a variety of zone-based rules to identify and extract the information contained in each of these zones, wherever they occur in the resume.

CLEVER, SHARP, SMART & FAST - Resumer algorithm scans all the words in the resume and intelligently builds a database. The data is automatically saved in different fields. Once the data is organized, it lets you perform precise searches for specific attributes without having to rely on inaccurate key word search technology.
Original Email or Document – Resumer will store the attachment in a user selected folder in the same format as received. Cover letters are copied in to one field so that important information is not lost.
More information to search from extracted fields – By extracting resume information and placing it into database fields, extraction allows more information to be searched – increasing search accuracy.
